This was the last art poster commissioned by London Transport (Autumn 1999) before Transport for London was formed in 2000. John Miller was famous for his vivid and atmospheric depiction of Cornwall's landscape and coastline. As far as is known, this is the only poster commission John Miller ever accepted.
