London Transport Museum has commissioned a practical and stylish travel journal using the Urban Rail Systems map designed by Mark Ovenden, the author of Metro Maps of the World and Paris Metro Style (both published in the UK by Capital Transport).
The map design shows all world cities with dedicated urban rail networks as stations on a digrammatic map derived from the world famous London Underground diagram.
The journal is printed using paper from renewable sources and polypropylene from recycled plastics. There are useful pockets for storage of memorabilia and ample pages for notes and itinerary.
It measures 18 x 22.5 cms
