This 5th volume in the series covers England's capital London, to the Isle of Wight, using many images unique to this series. The result is a stunning guide to the region and its railway poster heritage. The foreword is written by Sir William McAlpine.

This series of definitive books on railway poster art for the 20th century, written in collaboration with the National Railway Museum, York, showcases the National Collection where thousands of posters can be seen. Less than 500 had been published in books, until this series began in 2009. The whole series include nearly 3,000 images. Each regional book contains a poster database for research purposes. These are large- format high-quality book written and printed in England and bound in Scotland.
