London After Dark, Andy Spencer
Transport for London announced it was to operate a Night Tube service on Friday and Saturday nights on the Jubilee and Victoria and most of the Northern, Central and Piccadilly lines. To celebrate this historic operational change, London Transport Museum planned a London by Night exhibition celebrating the contribution of London's transport to London's night time economy. Andy Spencer was commissioned to produce three posters to commemorate both events. This image, London After Dark, was printed but never displayed due to the postponement of the Night Tube.
